Refund & Return Policy

At Artifycation, we offer both digital products and print-on-demand physical products. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.


Digital Products

All digital products, including digital planners, templates, wall art downloads, and other downloadable content, are delivered electronically.

Because digital products are instantly accessible after purchase, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Accidental purchases
  • Downloaded files
  • Software incompatibility
  • Failure to read product descriptions

However, if you experience a technical issue such as:

  • Corrupted files
  • Missing downloads
  • Incorrect digital product delivery

please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly assist you.


Print-On-Demand Physical Products

All physical products are made to order specifically for each customer.

Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference changes
  • Ordering mistakes made by the customer

However, we will provide a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The package is lost in transit

To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Shipping Issues

Artifycation is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Postal carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.


European Union Customers

For digital products:
By purchasing and downloading digital content, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

For physical products:
EU customers may have additional consumer rights depending on local regulations.
